Role: Site Manager/Senior Site Manager
Location: Hampshire
Rate: Up To £475p/d (DOE) – Inside IR35/Umbrella PAYE
Duration: 12 Months+/ongoing

About the Role:
As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our delivery capabilities for the remainder of the AMP8 funding cycle. Working within our framework portfolio on behalf of Southern Water, you'll oversee a major non-infrastructure project . Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful on-site delivery of water treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects within budget and timeframe.
·Drive a culture of health, safety, environmental, and sustainability compliance.
·Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors.
·Conduct constructability reviews and drive innovation in construction techniques.
·Prioritize zero waste and reducing embodied carbon within construction activities.
Skills/Experience:
·Proven experience in managing sites in a fast-paced water/wastewater environment, as well as tier 1 contractor experience.
·HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
·CSCS Card (Black minimum)
·Desirable: Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) and/or Lifting Appointed Person status are highly desirable.
