Job Title: Site Manager – Commercial Re-Roofing
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Rate: £260–£280 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until completion of the project – expected end of October
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial re-roofing project in Bridgwater.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing and site management, with proven experience managing roofing works on commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day running of the site

Overseeing commercial re-roofing works and site activities

Managing subcontractors and site operatives

Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard

Maintaining site health & safety requirements

Liaising with contractors, suppliers and the wider project team

Monitoring progress through to project completion
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager

Strong commercial roofing experience

Previous experience managing re-roofing projects on commercial buildings

Good knowledge of site health & safety

Reliable and organised

Available to start ASAP

Able to commit through to completion of the project
Rate: £260–£280 per day, depending on experience.
