We are now looking for someone with a strong aptitude for sales to join our business in Plymouth. Ideally we are looking for someone with recruitment experience and drive, determination and ambition. Previoius construction recruitment experience would be beneicial
ITS Plymouth has built a strong relationship with Construction Clients in the South West for over 20 years and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and continue the strong foothold we have in this region.

The Role:
Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing existing client relationships – we have 20+ years of client links in Plymouth & Cornwall
• Generating new business through outbound sales calls, networking and referrals
• Taking detailed job briefs and matching suitable candidates to live vacancies
• Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Managing candidate availability and bookings for temporary assignments
• Carrying out full candidate registrations, including compliance, references and qualification checks
• Negotiating pay rates and fees with clients and candidates
• Using the internal database to maintain accurate records and activity logs
• Always providing a high level of service to clients and candidates

The ideal candidate:

• Confident, motivated and target-driven
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Computer literate with the ability to learn internal systems
• Previous recruitment, sales or construction industry experience is desirable
• Full valid driving licence required for client visits & field sales
