A well-established property company is seeking an experienced Temporary Receptionist to provide holiday cover and ensure the smooth running of a busy front-of-house function. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, personable, and organised individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment and can hit the ground running. Based in Salford Quays, Manchester 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Your new role

Managing a busy reception area and welcoming visitors
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Handling emails and general enquiries
Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor bookings
Providing administrative support to the wider team
Maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environmentWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous reception experience is essential
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional and confident manner
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workloadWhat you'll get in return
