Patient, compassionate and nurturing, with a genuine desire to support pupils with complex needs.

Able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
A good communicator and team player.
Resilient, adaptable and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people.
Previous experience of working with pupils with PMLD, SEND or complex needs is desirable, but training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
