Lead Coach - Girls Development Centre/Emerging Talent Centre

Are you a grassroots coach looking to take the next step in your coaching journey?

Colchester United Community Foundation is looking for passionate coaches to join our GDC & ETC in Colchester.

You could be coaching:

• Your child s grassroots team
• A local grassroots club
• A girls football team
• Within a community football programme

We re looking for coaches who are enthusiastic, player-focused and passionate about helping young players develop.

You ll work with players aged U9 U16, helping them build their technical and tactical skills, confidence, creativity and love of the game, while gaining valuable experience within the Colchester United player pathway.

This position is based out of The Shrub End Community & Sports Centre, Colchester, CO2 9BG and applicants must be available on the following evening:

• Monday s (4.30-8pm)
