Clinical Director - Lead 3-Site Veterinary Practice

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to become Director of Practice and Clinical Services. You will lead clinically across three sites, maintain an active caseload, and drive governance and service improvements in line with company values.

The role combines leadership with hands-on practice, mentoring colleagues and ensuring high standards of patient care across Clitheroe, Accrington and Barrowford. Eligibility for RCVS registration is required.
