Key Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years as an Early Years Registered Manager (or equivalent leadership).
• Ofsted & Safeguarding: Proven experience leading an Ofsted inspection, with deep knowledge of the Early Years Inspection Handbook and safeguarding.
• Leadership: A hands-on, visible leader who inspires staff and nurtures families.
• Ethos: Genuine passion for outdoor learning and our nature-led approach.
