As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you'll help people enjoy the activities and experiences that matter to them, while supporting them to live with greater confidence, choice, and independence. From accompanying someone to the shops for a pint of milk to supporting them to try a new hobby, visit the gym for the first time, or travel abroad, every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. You don't need previous experience. We provide full training to help you support people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. What matters most is your kindness, positivity, and genuine desire to help others enjoy life on their own terms. This is a part time role for up to 22.5 hours, working split early and late shifts across some weekdays and weekends, with a sleep in shift in between.

Pay rate of £13.19 is effective as of 26th October 2026. Current rate £13.15
