Business Process Analyst - On a business Transformation project with Future Design state as a core focus.
Outside IR35 Day rate contract £300-£350 for an initial 6 months assignment.
An established operational business in the Greater Manchester area is embarking on the first phase of a significant transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to help design its future ways of working. This is a six-month interim contract, full-time with a minimum of three days per week in the office on a hybrid basis. Working outside IR35 on a day rate of £300 to £350, you will partner with the Business Transformation Lead to challenge assumptions, engage stakeholders across functions, and define efficient, joined-up processes that reflect how the business should operate if it were starting today.
Preferred Requirements
If you were starting this business today, how would you design the way it operates?
That is the question at the heart of this opportunity.
An established operational business has secured approval for the first phase of a transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to help shape its future ways of working.
Working with the Business Transformation Lead, you will bring stakeholders together, challenge assumptions and design efficient, joined-up processes across business functions. Future systems remain open for consideration, so the focus is on understanding what the business needs and defining how it should operate.
The role
You will work with people with differing levels of technical confidence and appetite for change. Your ability to listen, build trust and constructively challenge "we have always done it this way" will be central to your success.
What we are looking for
Experience in hire, manufacturing or another operationally complex business would be useful. Relevant business analysis or process improvement training would also be beneficial.
You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the transformation lead. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and able to attend the office regularly.
To apply, send your CV with your availability, day-rate expectations and a brief example of a future-state process redesign you have delivered.
