Team Leader

Team Leader required for a immediate start in the Bangor area with our client, The Cedar Foundation.

The organisation operates several supported living units and is seeking dedicated staff to support the day to day running of these services. We are able to offer a variety of shifts including 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am.

Pay rates offered are £15.50 per hour (Mon-Fri), £17.50 per hour (Mon-Fri night rate and Sat day/night) and £20 per hour (Sunday). This position will last for 3 months with possible extension.

The duties will include supporting the management team with daily operations, managing and mentoring staff, providing personal care to residents, medication administration and updating documentation. Previous experience working in a Team Leader or Senior Role including administering medication is required.

What We Need From You:

• Previous experience working in a Team Leader or Senior role including administering medication
• To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
• Undergo an Access NI check
