Technical Sales Administrator - Full Time Ballymoney

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders using Business Micros and the company's ERP/MRP system.
• Check product specifications including dimensions, colours, foils, hardware, glazing, thresholds, opening directions and any special requirements.
• Have a knowledge of glass specifications and make up
• Confirm manufacturability, including size limits, profile compatibility from site.
• Create and verify Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Issue order acknowledgements and manage amendments before production.
• Identify and escalate non-standard or technically complex orders.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, including safety glazing, PAS 24, and energy performance requirements where applicable.
• Monitor material availability and amend schedules where required.
• Release orders to production in line with agreed deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with production, purchasing, sales and quality departments.
• Maintain accurate order records and system updates.
Criteria:
• Previous experience in an Order Processing role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Business Micros or similar processing software is essential.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
