Help shape the future of affordable home ownership in Northern Ireland

Co-Ownership Housing is seeking to appoint an experienced legal professional to join our Board and help guide one of Northern Ireland's most successful housing organisations. Co-Ownership is the regional shared ownership provider, a registered housing association and charity that has helped more than 35,000 households achieve home ownership and currently manages over 11,000 properties across Northern Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about what we do and the social impact we deliver, and who wants to use their professional expertise to support our continued growth and innovation.

About the Role

As a Board Member, you will play a key role in providing strategic direction, governance oversight and constructive challenge to ensure Co-Ownership continues to deliver on its mission of helping people access affordable home ownership. Board members act collectively and contribute their skills, knowledge and experience to support effective decision-making and organisational success.
