Director of Manufacturing Operations

Elanco is seeking an experienced Operations Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across our manufacturing site. This role delivers safety, quality, delivery, cost and people results in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities include leading safe manufacturing operations, driving Lean continuous improvement, developing production plans, and coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to meet business objectives.
