Part Time Support Worker (Ashburton)

Part Time Support Worker Required to work with a gentleman with a brain injury in his own home in Ashburton.

Key Responsibilities

• admin and domestic support
• assistance to access the community
• engagement in social & leisure activities
• participation in a gym and hydrotherapy programme
• enabling him to be an independent individual

Requirements

• Previous experience, full driving licence and own car are essential.
• An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in care and Competent IT skills are desirable.
• Fully enhanced disclosure request from the DBS is required.
• Register with the DBS Update Service.

Hours & Salary

• 16.5 hours per week over 3 days plus additional hours to cover annual leave/sickness
• £15.00 per hour weekdays
• £16.00 per hour weekends

Interview Details

• Interviews MAY be held via Zoom/Teams/Skype/other such teleconferencing tools, therefore candidates MUST HAVE the ability to attend interview via these methods.

Employment Details

You will be employed directly by the client; however, Westcountry Case Management oversee all aspects of the clients care package on his behalf.
