Virgin Active is seeking a Personal Training Manager to join our Product Team on a part-time basis (20 hours). You will own the PT weekly plan, drive client acquisition and retention, and elevate session quality across the club.
This role requires leading a team of trainers, delivering onboarding and coaching, and aligning PT targets with GM, Product, Membership and Group Exercise to maximise revenue and member experience.
