Assistant Store Manager - Croydon
£28,980 per annum + Quarterly Sales Bonus
Full-Time | Permanent | 5 Days out of 7 (Rota Basis)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Store Manager to join a leading self-storage business in Croydon.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, maximise occupancy, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. In the Store Manager's absence, you will take responsibility for the operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day management of the store
Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales
Promote storage solutions and related services
Help achieve sales and occupancy targets
Ensure high standards of store presentation and compliance
Supervise and motivate team members
Take responsibility for the store when required, including lone workingAbout You

Previous supervisory, team leader or assistant management experience
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Self-motivated, proactive and able to lead by example
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
