Location: Knowle - Warwickshire / Birmingham area, West Midlands
Near Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and Warwick
Own transport required for daily commuting to the office
Salary: Up to £35,000 plus monthly on-target bonus

The company:
An established and growing UK business with international customer base and a reputation for design and product innovation
Main duties: Managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities across the French-speaking markets
The role:

Manage and develop existing customer accounts through upselling
Research and identify new business opportunities with retailers and wholesale customers
Maintain successful, long-term relationships with buyers and retail partners
Promote new product launches and drive repeat business.
Re-engage previous customers and identify opportunities to grow their accounts.
Attend trade shows in France, normally twice a year, to showcase products and develop customer relationships
Manage sales opportunities and grow the company's presence across French-speaking markets

The candidate:

Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential
Experience in sales and/or account management, ideally within a B2B environment
Willingness to travel to France for trade shows
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Proactive and commercially minded, with an interest in developing new business
Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

The salary:
Up to £35,000 plus monthly on-target bonus
