My client undertakes projects up to £100M+, across both public and private sector. The business has developed a strong reputation for delivering technically demanding schemes, particularly in sensitive or logistically constrained environments.

With a proven track record of successful delivery and longstanding client relationships, they are now seeking an additional Project Manager to join the team.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: London

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Package

Sector: Fit Out & Refurbishment

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

Overseeing project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and consultants to maintain progress and quality standards.

Managing health and safety, risk assessments and compliance with relevant regulations across all project stages.

Monitoring project costs, procurement, variations and reporting to ensure commercial targets are achieved.

Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all works meet the required specifications, quality standards and client expectations
