HLTA Opportunities - Thanet & Surrounding Areas

We're looking to expand our pool of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) across Thanet and nearby areas, ready for upcoming opportunities in local primary schools.

We're keen to hear from experienced and suitably qualified HLTAs who are confident supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and can adapt to the needs of different pupils and classroom environments.

What we're looking for:

Relevant HLTA qualifications and previous experience are essential.

Confidence supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

SEN experience would be a distinct advantage.

An enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to apply for a new one.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be preferred.
