We are looking for a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established company offering long-term stability, training, and career development.

The RoleAs a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with production requirements.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments where necessary.
Conduct quality inspections using measuring equipment and visual checks.
Complete production records and documentation accurately.
Identify and report machine faults, defects, or maintenance requirements.
Work closely with colleagues to meet production targets.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.About You
Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to follow work instructions and production processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Experience using measuring equipment would be advantageous.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
