Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an exceptional Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of circa 20 stores across Scotland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader to take ownership of a significant multi-site operation, developing Store Managers, driving commercial performance and ensuring consistently high operational standards across the region.
We're looking for an energetic, resilient and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has a strong commercial mindset and knows how to inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
The Role

Lead and develop a portfolio of circa 20 stores, inspiring Store Managers to achieve their full potential.

Take ownership of regional sales, profitability, productivity and key commercial KPIs.

Drive operational excellence, customer experience and consistently high retail standards.

Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales and profitability.

Develop talent, strengthen succession planning and build high-performing management teams.

Manage regional budgets, payroll and costs while maintaining operational effectiveness.

Coach and challenge Store Managers, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Lead business initiatives and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver wider company objectives.

Maintain a strong presence across Scotland, responding effectively to trading challenges and changing priorities.
About You

Proven experience as a Regional Manager or senior multi-site retail leader.

A strong track record of leading multiple stores and delivering commercial results.

Experienced in developing Store Managers and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.

Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of P&L, sales, profitability and cost management.

Resilient, decisive and comfortable operating at pace in a changing retail environment.

An inspirational leader who can coach, motivate and hold teams accountable.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic priorities with store-level execution.
