Your role as Store Manager
You'll take ownership of the store's performance, from commercial results and team development to the overall shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Driving sales, profitability and key retail KPIs.

Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve its full potential.

Creating an engaging customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.

Using sales figures and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.

Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.

Recruiting and retaining great people, building a positive and accountable team culture.

Overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring standards and processes are consistently delivered.

Leading from the shop floor, setting the pace and inspiring your team through your own example.
What you'll bring
We're interested in hearing from experienced Store Managers, Retail Managers and strong Assistant Managers ready to step up.
You'll ideally have:

Experience leading a retail team and delivering against sales targets.

A commercial approach, with the confidence to analyse performance and act on opportunities.

The ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues.

A customer-first mindset and an understanding of what makes a great shopping experience.

An appreciation for fashion, product presentation and the importance of brand standards.

The drive to take ownership, solve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Fashion retail experience would be advantageous, but we're also keen to hear from ambitious leaders with backgrounds in lifestyle, footwear, accessories or other customer-focused retail sectors.
