Permanent CSA Supervisor Role working on a huge Data Centre project

Job description:

Permanent CSA Supervisor

Based near Stockholm

Competitive Salary + Bonus

Options in Rotation, flights paid by company

Accommodation paid by company

24 days annual leave, opportunity for more

Requirements & Skills:

Trade qualified or construction related qualification

3+ years of working on largescale projects

Strong management, time and productivity skills

Previous Data Centre experience is valued but not necessary

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and ensure works meet programme deadlines.

Monitor quality, drawings, specifications, and contractor documentation.

Carry out inspections, manage snagging, and ensure timely close-out.

Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and resources.

Track progress, protect finished works, and manage damage notices.

Attend subcontractor and look-ahead meetings.

Ensure health and safety compliance, housekeeping, permits, and approved RAMS.

Participate in daily SPA, DAB, and whiteboard meetings.
