Assistant Fast-Fit Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join a leading UK automotive service centre as an Assistant Fast-Fit Manager. Our client, a prominent name in the tyre retail and automotive sector, is offering this Assistant Fast-Fit Manager opportunity at their busy Bath location. The Assistant Fast-Fit Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Manager, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the centre, and leading a dedicated team.

Competitive starting salary between £34,000 and £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

42.5 hours per week over a guaranteed 5-day schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with one in two Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday).Duties of an Assistant Fast-Fit Manager:

Assist the Centre Manager in the daily management and operational oversight of the centre.
Support workshop teams mechanically when required and ensure high standards of customer service.
Play a key role in achieving centre targets and key performance indicators.
Oversee stock control and ensure efficient stock management within the centre.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop the team to foster a positive and productive working environment.
Maximise sales opportunities while maintaining strict control of costs.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.Requirements of an Assistant Fast-Fit Manager:

Proven supervisory experience within the retail automotive or tyre sector.
Strong technical and mechanical vehicle knowledge.
Ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and professional culture.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering consistent satisfaction.
Experience in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
