What You'll Be Doing

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring export orders and shipments are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer accounts and acting as the primary point of contact for export-related enquiries.
• Coordinating export shipments and ensuring customer requirements are met throughout the process.
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Providing shipment updates and proactively communicating any delays or issues.
• Preparing and checking export documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Supporting customers with quotations, bookings, and service queries.
• Monitoring shipment milestones and ensuring agreed service levels are achieved.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience within customer service, logistics, exports, freight forwarding, supply chain, distribution, or a related environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience within an export, logistics, freight, supply chain, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Confidence working with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• A team-focused attitude and a desire to deliver outstanding service.
