Owen Daniels are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a well-established engineering business based in Somerset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a technical engineering environment.

A clear progression plan into a Project Manager position is already in place, with structured development, training and hands-on experience provided to support the successful candidate's career progression.

The Role
Supporting Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of engineering projects
Maintaining project schedules, progress reports, action logs and documentation
Liaising with internal teams, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
Organising meetings, recording actions and monitoring project progress
Identifying potential delays and escalating issues where necessary
Assisting with project administration, invoicing and financial tracking
Gradually taking ownership of smaller projects as part of the progression plan into Project ManagementWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be advantageous
A genuine ambition to develop into a Project Manager roleHours & Benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30'000 - £40'000 DOE
