About the Role

We are looking to connect with experienced Property Managers who are passionate about delivering high-quality housing management, maintaining properties and ensuring tenants receive an excellent service.

This is an opportunity to join an established property or housing organisation, overseeing residential properties, coordinating maintenance and ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well managed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.

Coordinate repairs, maintenance works and property inspections.

Build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams.

Manage tenancy-related matters, including complaints, arrears and tenancy compliance.

Monitor property condition, health and safety requirements and statutory compliance.

Work with contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.

Maintain accurate property records and management reports.

About You

Previous experience in property management, housing management or a similar role.

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of tenancy legislation, property compliance and maintenance processes.

Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues professionally.
