Site Manager

Site Manager required a mid-late November start in Newington Green, London/N1 - this will be an approx. 50 week programme.

Scope of works is full refurbishment of a student accommodation building in the area, including both internals and externals (cladding remediation.)
You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and looking after compliance/health & safety.

Applicants must have main contractor experience running large-scale/full refurbishment projects (internals and externals.)
You will also need the following tickets:

-SMSTS
-CSCS (Black/White)
-First Aid
-Fire Marshall
-Asbestos Awareness
-Scaffold Inspection (desirable)

Day rate payable via CIS.
