We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager

Location: Barrw-in-Furness
Sectors: Commercial refurb - college
Day rate: £(Apply online only) per day
Duration: Long term

We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a commercial college refurbishment in Barrow-in-Furness, working from Saturday 24th October all the way through until Sunday 1st November. This is a refurbishment of 1 room into 3 offices, which includes partitioning, flooring, and ceilings.

Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:

Report directly to the Project Manager and senior management team
Oversee subcontractors and contractors on-site
Maintain H&S standards and ensure followed by contractors and subcontractors
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
Liaise with client regularly
Support commissioning and final handoversRequired Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager

Experience as a Site Manager in commercial (offices, schools colleges, universities)
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal
Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
UK driving licence and access to own vehicleWhat's on offer:

Day rate - upto £280 per day
