Pay: £140-£300 per day, depending on experience and assignment.

Working pattern: Assignments matched to your availability and experience.Your Role as an SEN Teacher

As an SEN Teacher, you will teach pupils with additional learning needs in a setting matched to your experience. The pupil profile and curriculum will be discussed before placement.

Plan adapted lessons with objectives that reflect pupils' learning and communication needs.
Translate relevant EHCP outcomes into purposeful activities and manageable next steps.
Coordinate support staff and use consistent routines to support engagement and wellbeing.
Assess progress, adjust teaching and work with families and specialist colleagues as appropriate.What We Are Looking For in an SEN Teacher

QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification and relevant SEND teaching experience.
An SEN Teacher who can adapt curriculum content and lead classroom support effectively.
Confidence using individual assessment and following safeguarding and behaviour support procedures.
