Key Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at our school, you will:

Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
Provide support and guidance to students, both one-on-one and in small groups.
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
Contribute to students' holistic development and well-being.Additional Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to cover all classes across the school. Additionally, you will be allocated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time to ensure you can effectively support the school's educational objectives.

Requirements:
To excel in this HLTA role, you should:

Hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent experience.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Be patient, adaptable, and an effective team player.

NVQ level 3/4 qualification or equivalent
Experience of working within KS2 or KS1
Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
Experience of supporting pupils with interventions
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
