Pay: £85.50-£110 per day, depending on experience and assignment.

Working pattern: Assignments matched to your availability and experience.Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with teaching and pastoral staff to provide consistent support in line with individual behaviour plans.

Build professional relationships through regular check-ins and predictable expectations.
Notice triggers and use agreed de-escalation strategies to support emotional regulation.
Help pupils practise ways to ask for support, resolve disagreements and rejoin learning.
Record patterns in engagement and behaviour, sharing observations with relevant staff.What We Are Looking For in a Behaviour Mentor

Experience supporting children in school, mentoring, youth work, pastoral support or a related setting.
A Behaviour Mentor who stays calm, follows agreed plans and responds consistently under pressure.
An understanding of safeguarding and a respectful approach to pupils with social and emotional needs.
