Service Service is recruiting experienced Aluminium Fabricators to join a well-established manufacturing business in Droitwich. With over 50 years of manufacturing experience and a new aluminium workshop, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering team.

The Role

You will fabricate aluminium beds and ramps using MIG and TIG welding, producing high-quality products safely, efficiently and to build deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate aluminium beds and ramps using MIG and TIG welding.
• Carry out plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations.
• Use hand tools, including grinders and drills.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

About You

• Proven experience in aluminium fabrication.
• Competent in both MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations.
• Confident using hand tools and interpreting engineering drawings.
• A reliable team player with a strong focus on quality and safe working practices.
