Office-Based with Flexibility
Are you an experienced Bid Writer looking for your next challenge within a growing construction business?
Our client is a well-established contractor delivering a wide range of construction projects across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented and motivated Bid Writer to their team based in the Rochdale area.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you will play a key role in supporting the company's work-winning strategy. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality bid submissions while also contributing to marketing and business development activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Writing, coordinating and managing tender submissions and PQQs
Producing engaging, high-quality written content for bids and proposals
Supporting marketing initiatives and company communications
Assisting with business development activities and identifying opportunities
Liaising with operational teams to gather technical information and project details
Ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time
About You
Previous experience as a Bid Writer, Proposal Writer or similar role
Construction industry experience would be highly advantageous
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
Experience supporting marketing and business development activities would be beneficial
