Working within a busy aftersales function, you'll support customers with spare parts enquiries, quotations and orders, helping to ensure a smooth experience from initial enquiry through to delivery. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships, develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the continued success of the business.

The Opportunity:
As an Aftersales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in:

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and commercial partners, responding to enquiries and providing helpful, timely support.
Quotations and Sales Support: Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts and services, proactively following up on opportunities and helping customers identify suitable solutions.
Order Management: Process customer orders using ERP systems, ensuring accurate pricing, product information, delivery schedules and order confirmations.
Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about order progress, delivery times and transport arrangements, working collaboratively to resolve any queries or concerns.
Continuous Improvement: Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve customer service, support sales activity and contribute to wider business projects. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, strong commercial relationships and the efficient delivery of essential parts and services.

About You:
We're looking for someone who can bring:

Experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships and resolving customer queries.
Experience using ERP, CRM or order management systems. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, although experience with other systems is equally welcome.
A willingness to develop technical product knowledge and an interest in understanding customer requirements.
A collaborative, adaptable approach and the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
Previous experience in sales would be beneficial for this role for up-selling purposes. Experience within engineering, manufacturing, technical sales or spare parts would be beneficial, but we also welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills gained in other sectors.
