Our client is seeking a Showroom Host to join their vibrant Wolverhampton showroom. Welcome visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued
Assist the sales team with customer appointments, vehicle viewings, and test drives
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about vehicles and services
Manage customer flow to optimise sales opportunities, including walk-ins
Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting showroom environment
Support team efforts in achieving high customer satisfaction and sales targetsRequirements of the Showroom Host:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail, hospitality, or automotive sectors
Confident, enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills
Presentable with a professional appearance and demeanor
Must have a Full UK driving licence
Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays, including Bank Holidays if required
