Contract Sales Executive – Premium Brand

Our client is a leading sustainable premium well-known brand, and they are seeking a proactive and highly organised Contract Sales Executive to help manage and support their growing commercial and contract business. This is a varied, hands-on role that blends field-based work, such as site visits, merchandising and trade shows with office-based responsibilities such as order processing, customer care and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth, professional service for commercial customers. As part of our Employee Ownership Trust, you’ll contribute directly to the success of the premium outdoor furniture brand while also benefiting from the company’s performance through profit-sharing.

You'll need a flexible approach and a willingness to support other departments and the wider business wherever needed, particularly during busier seasonal periods.

Responsibilities:

• Providing sales support across multiple channels (B2B and B2C), including commercial and retail sales assistance
• Identifying and onboarding new commercial customers
• Raising quotes, sales orders and factory orders
• Resolving customer issues and providing ongoing customer service support
• Supporting trade sales with customer training, merchandising and store visits
• Coordinating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Trade Account Managers, Logistics and Dropship teams
• Assisting with showroom and trade show administration
• Supporting trade hospitality events

Salary: £30- £35k basic salary + OTE £46,850 - £54,350 + company car or car allowance
