Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor | Major Infrastructure | London

I'm working on an opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major civils project in London.

This is a chance to get involved in a large-scale infrastructure scheme, taking ownership of key commercial packages and working alongside an established project team.

The Role:

Manage the commercial performance of key project packages.

Oversee subcontract procurement, negotiations and payments.

Manage compensation events, variations and change control.

Prepare CVRs, forecasts and commercial reports.

Identify commercial risks and opportunities.

Work closely with operational teams to drive project performance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as an SQS within civil engineering or major infrastructure.

Strong NEC contract knowledge, ideally NEC4.

Experience managing subcontractors, cost reporting and change management.

A proactive commercial approach with the ability to manage packages independently.

Major infrastructure experience is essential, with exposure to complex civils projects highly advantageous.
