Data Entry Administrator

Hours: 39 Monday to Friday

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Contract: Initially 2–3 months, with potential to extend

Start date: ASAP

We’re looking for an organised and accurate Data Entry Administrator to support a team with daily data updates and administrative tasks while a system improvement is being implemented.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, is confident using Microsoft Excel and takes pride in keeping records accurate and up to date. Full training will be provided on internal systems.

What you’ll be doing

• Running daily reports to identify open orders across all customers.
• Updating forecast figures to match customer and product order volumes for the next one to two months.
• Maintaining clear records of daily changes and reporting discrepancies to the team.
• Checking data for accuracy and completeness.
• Supporting additional administration tasks as time allows.

What we’re looking for

• Confident use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to complete daily tasks reliably.
• Confidence maintaining tracking records and producing clear updates.
• A methodical approach and the ability to stay focused when completing repetitive tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn new systems.

Previous administration or data entry experience would be helpful. Experience using ERP systems or other business software is an advantage, but is not essential.
