MOT Tester

We are recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester or Vehicle Tester to join a busy main dealership in Farnborough. Applicants must hold a current MOT Tester Licence, possess a Level 2 qualification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing and Repair or equivalent, have previous automotive workshop experience, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: Basic £35,945 OTE £40,945
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm | 42.5 hours per weeke

Carry out MOT tests in accordance with current DVSA regulations.
Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional repair requirements.
Record inspection findings accurately and clearly.
Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) and used vehicle inspections.
Complete light servicing and MOT-related repairs when required.
Maintain MOT testing equipment and a clean, compliant testing area.
Work closely with Vehicle Technicians and the Aftersales team to maintain workshop standards.MOT Tester Requirements

Current MOT Tester Licence.
Level 2 qualification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing and Repair or equivalent.
Previous experience as an MOT Tester or Vehicle Tester within an automotive workshop.
Good understanding of DVSA testing regulations.
Previous franchised dealership experience is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.How to Apply
