Payrate: £13.45ph

We're looking for a PPM Planner to support the scheduling and coordination of planned maintenance activities across a busy facilities management contract.

Key duties:

Develop and maintain PPM schedules and maintenance plans.
Coordinate engineers, materials, permits and site access requirements.
Monitor compliance, overdue works and maintenance backlogs.
Liaise with operational teams, customers and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate record keeping and completion of maintenance documentation.
Support planning reviews and drive continuous improvements in planning performance.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities management team and play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently and on time
