📚 The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations and supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

Your responsibilities will include:

🌈 Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

📖 Teaching core subjects, including English and Mathematics, alongside the wider primary curriculum.

🎯 Differentiating lessons to meet the needs, abilities and learning styles of all pupils.

📊 Assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching to support achievement.

💛 Creating a positive, inclusive classroom where children feel safe, valued and motivated to learn.

🤝 Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents to support children's development.

🌟 Promoting positive behaviour, resilience, independence and a love of learning.

🧩 Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and adapting teaching strategies to ensure all children can access the curriculum.

📝 Maintaining accurate records of progress and contributing to the wider life of the school.

🎓 Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

✅ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

✅ Have proven experience teaching children in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

✅ Demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.

✅ Have the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate pupils.

✅ Be confident adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs and abilities.

✅ Have excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

✅ Be reliable, professional and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children.
