Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV 2 Driver in Manchester (M28).

Pay: £14.10 per hour + overtime at time and a half
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shifts

2 years HGV 2 experience required

The Role

• Delivering doors to customers using an HGV Class 2 curtain-side vehicle.
• Carrying out local and long-distance deliveries.
• Assisting with loading and unloading, including some handball.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.
• Maintaining high standards of vehicle care and customer service.

Pay & Hours

• £14.10 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a half (£21.15 per hour)
• 45 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday.
• Day shifts, with start times between 5:00 am and 8:00 am.
• Full-time role

Requirements

• Must be aged 25 or over.
• Minimum 2 years' HGV Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• Comfortable with some manual handling and handball.
• Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks.
