Contract Length: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: £500 a day via umbrella (Inside IR35)
Location: Bristol/East Midlands/Warwick - Hybrid arrangement 2 days on site

This is a genuine business partnering role where you'll work closely with senior operational leaders, influence key investment decisions, and help shape the financial performance of a major business area.

You'll inherit significant responsibility across operational and capital budgets while helping improve forecasting, reporting and decision-making. The environment is fast-paced, highly visible, and ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and driving improvements.

What You'll Do

Partner senior operational stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities.
Provide commercial challenge and financial insight to support decision making.
Support investment appraisal, prioritisation and business case development.
Monitor performance against key financial and operational measures.
Identify risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives.
Present financial performance updates to both finance and non-finance audiences.
Drive improvements in reporting, governance and financial controls.What We're Looking For

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Senior Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager or similar.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and planning experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience supporting operational or commercial leaders.
Ability to work independently and quickly build credibility.
