Planet Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Painter to join a busy automotive team based in Bedford.

This is an excellent opportunity offering £20 per hour, Monday to Friday, with the potential for ongoing temporary work or a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking and priming.

Applying paint and finishes to vehicles to a high standard.

Colour matching and ensuring consistent paintwork quality.

Carrying out paint repairs and rectifying imperfections.

Inspecting completed work to ensure all vehicles meet quality standards.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Painter or Automotive Paint Technician.

Experience in vehicle preparation, paint application and finishing.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A reliable and professional approach to work.

What We Offer:
