The Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a stimulating, safe and supportive learning environment where children can develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Providing exciting learning opportunities through structured activities and play-based learning.

Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development.

Monitoring pupils' progress and adapting activities to meet individual learning needs.

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Building strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.

Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, caring and committed to supporting children during these important early stages of development.

You will ideally have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate Early Years teaching qualification.

Experience working within an Early Years setting.

A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

A creative and nurturing approach to teaching.

A genuine passion for helping young children learn, develop and thrive.
