The Role

A solid technical understanding of heavy plant or machinery, with the credibility to support your engineers.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
Good communication skills and the confidence to deal with customers at all levels.
A strong focus on health and safety and on delivering a quality service.
A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel between depots.
Relevant qualifications:

Time-served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in plant, mechanical or heavy vehicle maintenance.
Management or leadership qualification would be beneficial.
IOSH or NEBOSH would also be advantageous.
Previous experience in a service manager, workshop manager or aftermarket role within plant, construction equipment or a similar industry would be particularly useful.

The Opportunity

Take a key leadership role across two busy depots.
Lead and develop an established service team.
Work closely with senior management in a supportive, hands-on business.
Up to £55,000 basic salary, plus company benefits.
If you’re an experienced Service Manager looking for your next opportunity, we’d be keen to hear from you
