We have a variety of exciting opportunities available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), offering flexible day-to-day supply, long-term placements and potential permanent positions.

Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate looking to gain classroom experience or someone with relevant experience supporting children, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Support class teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.

Provide one-to-one and small-group support to primary-aged pupils.

Assist children with literacy, numeracy and general learning development.

Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism (ASC), ADHD and additional learning needs.

Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.

Support pupils with social, emotional and communication development.

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and other school staff.

Follow school safeguarding policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, Care, Sports Coaches etc.

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.

A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A patient, caring and proactive approach.

Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning abilities and additional needs.

Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude.
