Senior Practitioner - MASH Team - Bromley

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the MASH Team within Bromley Council.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assess referrals and identify safeguarding concerns relating to children and young people
Apply a clear understanding of thresholds to support appropriate decision-making and interventions
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to share information and safeguard children
Support timely and effective decision-making regarding referrals and safeguarding concerns
Provide professional guidance and support to colleagues
Contribute to safeguarding planning and positive outcomes for children and families
Ensure practice aligns with statutory guidance and safeguarding procedures.
Working Pattern

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Pay Rate : £39.04 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements

Social Work qualification.
Current Social Work England registration.
Experience working in or managing a social work setting.
Experience within MASH, Referral and Assessment, or Safeguarding Teams.
Clear understanding of safeguarding thresholds and risk assessment.
Strong assessment, decision-making and multi-agency working skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
